Coaching
In Rooted EQ Individual or Couples coaching, you’ll work with a guide to help you reconnect with your body, regulate your nervous system, and create new patterns rooted in clarity, self-trust, and presence. This process teaches you to become your own secure attachment, which frees you to foster healthy and meaningful relationships with others.
Coaching doesn’t focus on processing trauma through storytelling—instead, we use breathwork, somatic tools, and mindfulness to help you shift from survival mode to grounded resilience. You’ll learn how to pause, feel, and respond rather than react, giving you the emotional mastery and self-leadership you need to live a more aligned, empowered life.
